The Loan Process

We take careful consideration of each client presented to us for funding. We review the operating history, current financial status, financial needs, cash flow projections and personal financial statement in order to determine the viability of a proposed loan.

For Immediate Consideration and evaluation, please provide:

  1. 2 years business returns
  2. 2 years personal returns
  3. A personal financial statement for each borrower
  4. Completed Loan Summary Form
  5. Executive Summary- Detailing your experience/ your ability to perform
  *If it is a rehab / construction loan, we will need a cost breakdown for the construction costs.

This process is accomplished within 72 business hours. In order for this process to flow smoothly we must have this documentation fully completed. If after careful consideration, the client and our team decide to proceed with financing, additional information may be requested.
