Over $1.3 trillion in commercial debt is coming due in the next 24 months and the majority of these loans will be denied financing by traditional institutions.  In many instances these businesses are viable, but the originating institution is unable to refinance or provide bridge financing to their client due to market forces beyond their control.  This will not only be disastrous for business owners, but financial institutions and our economy as well.  But no business has to face these financial challenges alone. 

The Solution

At CD Property Solutions, we originate loans for a private equity firm that owns multiple hedge funds with extensive resources.  Our team specializes in arranging debt and equity financing for companies throughout the nation. Typically, our loans range in value between $100,000 and $50,000,000+.   We are able to service larger projects that meet all our criteria.  Although the traditional lenders are unable to provide financing options, we are able to meet the needs of our clients with customized and flexible  solutions that meet the challenges presented by their unique circumstances.

Our primary participation is in the senior debt and mezzanine portions of the financing. We operate strictly as a success based organization. We NEVER require any upfront fees.
